Multi-core cable for extreme applications

This black, four-core HELUFLON-FEP-6Y cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is a reliable solution for installations requiring high temperature resistance and aggressive environments. Made of tinned copper, with insulation and an outer jacket of FEP-HELUFLON® fluoropolymer, it ensures safety and durability in harsh conditions. The cable is designed to operate at 600 V and is characterized by flexibility and resistance to chemical and mechanical factors.

### Construction and properties

The cable construction is based on multi-strand copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Insulation of the cores made of FEP-HELUFLON® guarantees excellent dielectric properties and high temperature resistance – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). In addition, this material is resistant to radiation, microorganisms, fungi and ozone. The outer jacket made of the same fluoropolymer provides protection against moisture, chemicals and mechanical damage. The cable is available with a yellow-green protective conductor (marked "G") or without it (marked "x").
