This multi-core HELUFLON-FEP-6Y cable is a reliable solution where standard cabling fails. Designed for operation in harsh conditions, it offers exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals and radiation. This cable is used both in industrial installations and in the construction of switchboard cabinets.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, insulated with FEP-HELUFLON® fluoropolymer, twisted in parallel and surrounded by an outer jacket of the same material. This combination ensures not only flexibility and durability, but also resistance to extreme temperatures – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). The use of high-quality materials also guarantees resistance to chemicals, ozone, microorganisms and radiation.

Technical specifications and applications

The HELUFLON-FEP-6Y 5G4 cable with an outer diameter of 9.2 mm has five conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm². The rated voltage is 600 V, and the insulation resistance is at least 2 GOhm/km. Thanks to these parameters, the cable is perfect for installations requiring high reliability and safety.
