This black, seven-core HELUFLON-FEP-6Y cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is a solution for demanding applications where standard cabling fails. The cable stands out for its exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals and radiation, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users who need reliable power in harsh conditions.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable construction is based on twisted copper cores, insulated with high-quality FEP-HELUFLON® fluoropolymer. This combination of materials guarantees flexibility and durability of the connection. The outer jacket made of the same material further protects the cable from mechanical damage and the influence of aggressive substances. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C), allowing it to be used in extreme environments. It is worth noting the high insulation resistance (min. 2 GOhm/km) and minimal water permeability, which ensures safety and reliability of operation.

Applications in industry and beyond

The HELUFLON-FEP-6Y cable finds wide application in industrial installations, construction of switchgear cabinets and in devices exposed to high temperatures, such as furnaces, heating devices or kitchen appliances. Thanks to its resistance to chemicals, it works perfectly in the chemical industry, as well as in applications requiring resistance to oils and gasoline. It can also be used in installations exposed to radiation. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
