Flat neoprene cable – reliability and flexibility in harsh conditions

This 24-core flat cable, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of copper conductors with neoprene insulation, it provides safe and reliable connections in various industrial and other environments. The cable is designed to operate at 500V, and its construction guarantees long-term operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a flat construction, which makes it easier to lay and route in places with limited space. The conductors are twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, which ensures their mechanical and electrical durability. The neoprene insulation provides resistance to abrasion, oils, chemicals and extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary operation and from -30°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety. The outer jacket made of 5GM3 rubber further protects the cable against mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors.
