Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with 12 stranded copper conductors (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Each conductor is insulated with special PVC (TI2), and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable PVC (TM2) outer jacket in black (RAL 9005). The conductors are identified with numbers, and in the case of cables with a protective conductor – additionally with a yellow-green conductor placed in the outer layer. This ensures that the conductor numbering remains legible even after the cable is shortened.

The cable is characterized by high resistance to external factors: oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of the black jacket). The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE and UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing its safety and reliability. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties.
