This grey JZ-600 12G0.7 AWG19 cable, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is a versatile solution for indoor and outdoor applications. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C, making it reliable in harsh conditions. Its flexible construction facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces, and numbered cores simplify identification and connection.

Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction: multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the whole is surrounded by an outer jacket also made of PVC. This combination provides good mechanical and chemical resistance. Additionally, the cable is UV resistant (in the version with a black outer jacket), which increases its durability in outdoor applications. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the cable diameter for stationary laying. The cable has 12 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², allowing for the transmission of control and measuring signals. The rated voltage is 1000 V, ensuring safe operation of the installation.
