This multi-core JZ-600 cable is a reliable solution for transmitting power and control signals in demanding industrial environments. Designed for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture and ventilation. The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Compliance with UL/CSA standards confirms its quality and safety.
Construction and properties
The cable is constructed with multi-strand copper conductors, providing good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of high-quality PVC, guaranteeing good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 protects the cores from mechanical damage, moisture, and the influence of oils and chemicals. The cores are numbered for easy identification even after the cable is shortened, and the protective conductor (in versions with yellow-green) is placed in the outer layer for increased safety.
This cable also features UV resistance (in the case of a black jacket), allowing it to be used in outdoor installations. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting, making it environmentally friendly. It meets safety requirements regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
Technical parameters and application
The JZ-600 cable has 12 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², allowing for the transmission of sufficient power for most control applications. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 16.6 mm. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). Thanks to these parameters, the cable performs perfectly in harsh industrial conditions.
