This grey, 12-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 4 mm² and a rated voltage of 1 kV is a proposition for professionals and users looking for a flexible solution for control and measurement. Construction and properties – the key to performance
The JZ-600 cable stands out with its careful construction, which translates into its unique properties. Multi-strand, flexible (class 5) copper cores, insulated with special PVC TI2, provide good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are identified with numbers, making them easier to distinguish during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores), placed in the outer layer, increasing the level of safety. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 protects the cable against mechanical damage and external factors.
This cable is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket). The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, confirmed by DIN VDE, DIN EN, IEC and UL/CSA certificates. Thanks to this, it can be safely used in many different industrial and domestic environments.
Applications – where will this cable work?
The JZ-600 cable is an ideal choice for applications in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture and ventilation. It will also work in steelworks and rolling mills. Its flexibility allows for free movement without tensile stress or forced movements. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (in stationary installation with a black outer jacket). It is not intended for underwater installations or in the ground. Thanks to the clear numbering of cores, even after shortening the cable, the possibility of identifying individual wires is maintained.
