Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This black, flexible JZ-600 18G0.7 AWG19 cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is designed for use in conditions requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Compliance with UL/CSA standards confirms its high quality and safety. This cable is widely used in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture, ventilation and the steel industry.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction ensuring reliable operation even in difficult conditions. It has 18 copper strands, twisted into a class 5 flexible stranded wire, which provides high flexibility. The core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer coating is also made of PVC, which guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation (in the case of a black coating). The cores are numbered for easy identification, and the protective core (in versions with it) is placed on the outside of the cable. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely match the length to the installation needs.

Parameters and application

The JZ-600 cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V and an ambient temperature of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -5°C to +80°C (during installation). Thanks to its high resistance to oils and chemicals, it is ideal for industrial environments. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the cable diameter for stationary laying. This is a particularly recommended solution where reliability and durability of electrical connections are required in dynamic working conditions. The use of special PVC provides resistance to UV radiation – particularly important for outdoor installations.
