Flexible cable for universal applications

This 18-core JZ-600 1kV cable is a versatile solution for power transmission in various environments. It is suitable for both fixed installations and applications requiring frequent bending, offering reliability and safety.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction – stranded copper conductors, PVC insulation and an external PVC jacket provide durability and resistance to damage. The conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² guarantees adequate current capacity for many applications. The cores are numbered, which facilitates identification and connection, especially in more complex installations. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), increasing safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 19.7 mm.

The JZ-600 cable is ideal for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agriculture, ventilation systems and in the steel industry. Thanks to its resistance to oils and chemicals, it can be used in harsh industrial conditions. The black outer jacket provides resistance to UV radiation, allowing the cable to be used outdoors (in fixed installation). The flexibility of the cable makes it easy to install even in tight spaces. The operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible) allows it to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE and UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing its safety and compliance with regulations.
