Flexible control and measuring cable

This multi-core flexible cable JZ-600, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², is designed for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture and ventilation. Its construction and materials ensure reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions. The cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its safety and quality.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 18 stranded copper cores, class 5 flexibility, providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The cores are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and numbered for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by an external PVC coating, which provides protection against mechanical damage, moisture and chemical factors. The cable is characterized by high resistance to oils and UV radiation (in the case of a black coating). The minimum bending radius of the cable is 7.5x its diameter for flexible laying and 4x for stationary laying.

Application and operating parameters

Cable JZ-600 is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C in a stationary manner and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. Thanks to its construction, this cable works perfectly in applications requiring frequent bending and movement, such as connections inside machines and devices. It is also suitable for outdoor applications (with a black coating), provided it is protected from direct sunlight and moisture. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 22 mm.
