This 25-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is a versatile solution for installations in demanding conditions. The cable is designed for applications where flexibility, resistance to external factors and safety are important. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring reliable operation even with frequent bending. Copper strands, twisted into a strand, guarantee good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation provides effective protection against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 additionally protects the cable against moisture, UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket) and oils. The cores are identified with numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation and servicing. In addition, the protective core (in versions with a protective core) is placed in the outer layer of the cable to increase safety.
Applications and benefits
JZ-600 cable is widely used in industry, especially in machine tools, conveyors, production lines and in agriculture. It will also be useful in ventilation systems, steelworks and rolling mills. Its flexibility allows for free routing of cables even in tight spaces. Resistance to oils and chemicals makes it an ideal choice for industrial environments exposed to these substances. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C), the cable can be used both indoors and outdoors (with a black outer jacket).
