Flexible control and measuring cable – versatile application in industry

This flexible JZ-600 25G0.7 AWG19 cable with a black jacket is designed for use in demanding industrial environments. It meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety. This cable is ideal for connections in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture, ventilation, and the steel and rolling mill industries. Its construction ensures reliable operation even under medium mechanical loads and free movement.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 25 stranded copper cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cores are identified with numbers for easy identification, and from 3 cores there is also a yellow-green protective core. The twisted cores are arranged in parallel and surrounded by an external PVC jacket, providing resistance to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of the black jacket). The cable is metered for easy dispensing and installation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -5°C to +80°C (flexible).

Application and compliance with standards

JZ-600 cable is intended for use as a control and measuring cable in various industrial applications. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It has certificates of compliance with UL/CSA safety standards and CE (compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU). Thanks to its high resistance to UV radiation (black jacket) it is suitable for outdoor applications in stationary installation. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
