Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This multi-core JZ-600 cable is a versatile solution for demanding industrial environments. The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it ideal for use in moving machinery and equipment. The PVC insulation provides safety and reliable operation.

Construction and properties

The cable has 25 copper strands twisted into a rope, providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special PVC (TI2), which is resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. Core identification is done using numbers, which facilitates assembly and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores), providing additional safety. The outer jacket is made of PVC (TM2), which is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). This allows the cable to be used both indoors and outdoors.

The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary installation and from -5°C to +80°C in flexible installation. It complies with DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179, which guarantees its high quality and safety. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible installation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary installation.
