This 25-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is a versatile solution for demanding industrial applications. Designed for flexibility and durability, it is ideal for powering and controlling machine tools, conveyors, production lines, and in agriculture. The cable meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety.

Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction: stranded copper cores are twisted in a way that ensures high flexibility, and PVC TI2 insulation guarantees reliable electrical protection. The cores are identified with numbers, which simplifies installation and servicing. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with it) increases safety. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides resistance to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and waste minimization.

Applications and operating parameters

The JZ-600 cable performs perfectly in dry, humid, and wet environments, both indoors and outdoors (in stationary installation with a black jacket). It is designed for medium mechanical loads and free movement without stretching or forced movements. It can operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C in stationary installation and from -5°C to +80°C in flexible installation. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V (VDE) / 1000 V (UL/CSA). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 23.9 mm. The insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x the cable diameter for flexible installation and 4x the cable diameter for stationary installation.
