This black, flexible JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 2x0.5 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end users. Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by careful construction, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing good protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The outer jacket, also made of PVC, protects the cable against moisture, oils, and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The conductors are numbered for easy identification, and versions with a yellow-green protective conductor (marked "G") provide additional protection against electric shock. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.

Additionally, this cable exhibits high resistance to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for working in industrial environments. It is also UV resistant (in the case of a black jacket), allowing it to be used in outdoor installations. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. It meets the requirements of PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to DIN VDE, EN 60332, IEC 60332, UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards.

The JZ-600 cable is perfect as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture, ventilation or steelworks. Its flexibility allows for free routing of cables even in places with limited space. Thanks to its resistance to oils and chemicals, it can be used in harsh industrial conditions. The cable is intended for flexible laying under medium mechanical loads and in dry, damp and wet rooms – both indoors and outdoors (with a black jacket). However, it is not suitable for underwater installations or direct burial in the ground.
