Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction using high-quality materials. Twisted copper conductors, class 5 (flexible multi-strand), provide good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees safety and reliability, meeting the requirements of DIN VDE and UL standards. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 protects the cable from mechanical damage, oils, and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The cores are identified with numbers, making them easy to distinguish even after the cable has been shortened.

This cable is resistant to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for industrial environments exposed to these substances. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting. It meets safety requirements for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).

User parameters and applications

The JZ-600 2x0.75 cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C in fixed installation and from -5°C to +80°C in flexible installation. The rated voltage is 1kV (600/1000 V according to VDE and 1000 V according to UL/CSA). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.8 mm. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for flexible installation and 4x cable diameter for fixed installation.
