Flexible control and measuring cable

This black flexible JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 2x1.5 mm² is a versatile solution for indoor and outdoor applications, both in industrial installations and construction. The cable is designed to operate at 1kV, and its compliance with UL/CSA standards confirms its high quality and safety. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of a specific application.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring reliability and durability. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC (TI2), which guarantees good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. The outer sheath made of PVC (TM2) provides protection against external factors. The cable is resistant to oils and UV radiation (in the version with a black sheath), which expands the range of its applications. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and user parameters

The JZ-600 cable is used as a control and measuring cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, ventilation systems and in the steel industry. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms as well as outdoors (in stationary installation). Thanks to the flexibility of the cable, it can be used with medium mechanical loads and in conditions of free movement without stretching or forced movements.

It is worth noting the operating temperature range of the cable – flexibly from -5°C to +80°C and stationary from -40°C to +80°C. The rated voltage is 1000 V (VDE U0/U 600/1000 V; UL/CSA 1000 V). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible installation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary installation. The conductor cross-section is 1.5 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 8.4 mm. The cable is also characterized by radiation resistance up to 80x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).

This cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring high resistance to oils and UV radiation – typical for Southern Europe or Arab countries.
