Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction using high-quality materials. Stranded copper conductors, class 5 (flexible multi-strand), provide good conductivity and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. PVC TI2 insulation and an outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 guarantee protection against mechanical, chemical factors and weather conditions. This ensures that the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in fixed installation and from -5°C to +80°C during installation.

The cable is resistant to oils and chemicals, which increases its durability in harsh industrial environments. Additionally, the version with a black outer jacket is UV-resistant, allowing it to be used in outdoor installations. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free. It meets the requirements of self-extinguishing and flame-retardant PVC tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
