This gray JZ-600 2x4 AWG12 flexible cable, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is a versatile solution for power transmission in demanding conditions. Construction and properties

The cable has two copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are twisted in parallel, and their identification is done by numbers printed on the insulation. The whole is surrounded by an external PVC coating, providing protection against mechanical damage, moisture and the influence of chemicals. This ensures that the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V, ensuring safe operation in many applications. Additionally, the cable is UV resistant (in the case of a black outer coating) and meets the requirements for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy.
