Construction and properties

The insulation of the conductors is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and the outer sheath is also made of PVC, providing good protection against external factors. The conductors are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with it), increasing the level of safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.8 mm.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. It is UV-resistant (in the version with a black coating), allowing it to be used outdoors. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also resistant to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for industrial environments. It has certificates confirming compliance with safety standards, including UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 – which means its self-extinguishing properties and limited flammability.
