Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and mechanical strength. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with numbers for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by an external PVC coating, which provides protection against moisture, oils, and UV radiation (in the case of a black coating). This ensures that the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -5°C to +80°C during installation.

Application and compliance with standards

The JZ-600 cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. This is a guarantee of its reliability and safety in various applications. The cable is particularly recommended for use with medium mechanical loads, where freedom of movement is required without stretching or forced movements. However, it is not suitable for underwater installations or direct burial in the ground. It also has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. Resistance to oils and chemicals makes it an ideal choice for harsh industrial conditions.
