Construction and properties

Multistranded copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), guaranteeing good electrical insulation and resistance to external factors. The outer jacket, also made of PVC, provides additional protection against mechanical damage, moisture, and the influence of oils and chemicals. The conductors are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable is metered, allowing for precise measurement of the required length. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation.

Applications and compliance with standards

The JZ-600 cable is used as a control and measuring cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture and ventilation. It will also work in steelworks and rolling mills. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and movements without tensile stress. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The rated voltage is 1000 V (VDE) or 1000 V (UL/CSA). The cable is also UV resistant (in the case of a black outer jacket).
