This gray flexible cable JZ-600 3G1.5 AWG16, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is a versatile solution for power transmission in various industrial environments. This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 1000 V and is made of high-quality materials – the core insulation is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer jacket is also PVC, providing good protection against mechanical damage and weathering. Twisted copper cores, class 5 (flexible multi-strand), guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. Core numbering facilitates correct connection, and a yellow-green protective core (available in the 3-core version) increases safety.

Construction and properties:

The JZ-600 cable has been designed for demanding working conditions. Its structure includes:

• Copper cores: Twisted strands provide high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
• PVC insulation: Provides effective electrical insulation and protection against moisture.
• PVC outer jacket: Protects the cores from mechanical damage, oils and other chemicals.
• Core numbering: Facilitates identification and correct connection of the cable.
• UV resistance: Version with a black outer jacket is resistant to sunlight, allowing it to be used outdoors.

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179 standards, confirming its high quality and safety. Therefore, it can be used in a wide range of applications, both in fixed and flexible installations. The permissible operating temperature of the cable is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.1 mm, which facilitates its routing in tight spaces.
