Flexible control and measuring cable – reliability in every application

This black, flexible JZ-600 3G10 cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² is a versatile solution for applications in industry, agriculture and many others. The cable is designed for intensive use, offering high resistance to mechanical and chemical factors. Compliance with UL/CSA standards guarantees safety and reliability in various working conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by a solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) insulated with special PVC. The conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures flexibility and facilitates assembly. The outer sheath made of PVC TM2 protects the cable against mechanical damage, oils and UV radiation (in the case of a black sheath). In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. The cable is available with a yellow-green protective conductor (marked "G") or without it (marked "x").

• Wide temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible) allows the cable to be used in demanding environmental conditions.
• UV resistance: The black outer sheath provides protection against the harmful effects of sunlight, increasing the durability of the cable in outdoor applications.
• High chemical resistance: The cable is resistant to oils and many other chemicals, making it an ideal choice for industrial environments.

• Safety: Has certificates confirming the self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties of PVC (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
