Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This grey flexible cable JZ-600 3G10 AWG8, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is designed to operate in demanding conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, and in agriculture. This cable is particularly recommended where reliability and durability of connections are required.

This cable stands out with its construction ensuring long-term operation. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with PVC and surrounded by a protective outer layer of PVC, it guarantees safety and stability of electrical parameters. The conductors are numbered for easy identification, and the protective conductor (in versions with it) is placed in the outer layer of the cable.

Construction and properties

• Conductors: Stranded copper, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 – ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
• Insulation: Made of special PVC TI2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3 and cl. 43 according to UL Std.1581) – guarantees high insulation and resistance to mechanical damage.
• Outer jacket: Made of special PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1/DIN EN 50363-4-1 and cl. 43 according to UL Std.1581) in grey (RAL 7001) or black (RAL 9005) – protects against the influence of external factors such as moisture, oils and UV radiation (in the case of the black jacket).
• Resistance: The cable is highly oil-resistant and UV-resistant (black jacket version). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
• Temperature range: Operation in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible).
• Rated voltage: 1000 V – ensures safe operation in electrical installations for various purposes.
• Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179.
