Flexible control and measuring cable
JZ-600 3G2.5 AWG14 cable is a flexible wire designed for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agriculture, ventilation, and industrial environments such as steelworks and rolling mills. The construction with multi-wire copper core ensures good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. This wire is particularly recommended for applications requiring frequent bending and movement without tensile stress.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by core insulation made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and an outer sheath also made of PVC, available in gray or black (RAL 9005). The copper cores are twisted, and their identification is done using numbers, which facilitates assembly and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in 3-core versions), providing additional safety. The wire complies with DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It is resistant to oils and chemicals, and the version with a black outer sheath also exhibits resistance to UV radiation. Materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

JZ-600 3G2.5 AWG14 cable has a nominal core cross-section of 2.5 mm², a nominal voltage U equal to 1000 V and an approximate outer diameter of 9.9 mm. The insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km, and the test voltage is 4000 V with a minimum breakdown voltage of 8000 V. The minimum bending radius for flexible laying is 7.5x cable diameter, and for stationary laying – 4x cable diameter. The cable is metered to facilitate dispensing and installation on site.
