Flexible control and measuring cable

This grey JZ-600 3G6 AWG10 cable, with an outer diameter of 14.1 mm, is designed for use in demanding industrial conditions and power installations. It meets UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing its safety and reliability. This cable is particularly useful where flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for both wire insulation and the outer jacket, it provides good protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable features a construction with three multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are identified by numbers for easy identification during installation. With a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -5°C to +80°C (during installation), this cable can be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures. Additionally, it is UV resistant (in the version with a black outer jacket) and resistant to oils and chemicals, increasing its durability and reliability in harsh industrial conditions. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km.
