This grey flexible JZ-600 4G1 AWG18 cable, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is a versatile solution for indoor and outdoor applications. The cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions, offering reliability and durability in various industrial and commercial environments. Its construction and materials provide resistance to oils, UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket), and a wide temperature range.

Construction and properties

The cable features a stranded copper conductor, PVC insulation, and a PVC outer jacket. The cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which simplifies identification even after the cable has been shortened. The protective core (in versions with a yellow-green core) is located in the outer layer of the cable for added safety. Thanks to its flexible construction, the cable is easy to install and route, even in tight spaces. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting.

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-600 cable is used as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agriculture, ventilation, and in steelworks and rolling mills. It is suitable for use with medium mechanical loads both in dry and humid rooms and outdoors (with a black outer jacket). Designed for operation in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000V and the outer diameter is approximately 8.8 mm. The nominal core cross-section is 1 mm².
