Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This gray flexible cable JZ-600 4G16 AWG6, with an outer diameter of 21.7 mm, is designed to operate in demanding industrial conditions. This cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety. It is intended for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture and ventilation. Its construction ensures reliable operation even under medium mechanical loads.

This cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the multi-wire construction of the cores (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. Core insulation made of PVC provides good electrical and mechanical protection. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and the protective conductor (in versions with a yellow-green core) is placed outside the cable for increased safety. The outer jacket made of PVC protects the cable from external factors, and the availability of versions with a black jacket provides UV resistance.

Construction and properties:

• Cores made of copper, unannealed, stranded class 5 – ensures flexibility.
• Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) TI2 – guarantees good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance.
• Outer jacket made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) TM2 – resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in versions with a black jacket).
• Rated voltage is 1000 V – allows universal use in electrical installations.
• Permissible operating temperature: from -40°C to +80°C – allows the cable to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures.
• Versions with a black outer jacket provide UV resistance and long-term outdoor use.
• Meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179 - confirms safety and quality.

The JZ-600 cable is also resistant to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for use in harsh industrial environments. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting, which further emphasizes its high quality and care for the environment. Thanks to the meter division, the cable is easy to use and minimizes material waste during installation.
