Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This black, flexible JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 4G25 mm² (AWG4) is designed to operate at 1kV. It is UL/CSA compliant, confirming its versatility and suitability for various installations, both in Europe and North America. This cable is characterized by high flexibility and durability, making it an ideal solution in demanding industrial conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are twisted in parallel and numbered for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by an external PVC jacket, providing additional mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 26.9 mm. This cable is resistant to oils and UV radiation (in the case of the black outer jacket). This makes it perfect for harsh working conditions such as production plants, workshops or construction sites. The operating temperature range of the cable is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C during installation.

Applications and benefits

The JZ-600 cable is widely used as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, and in agriculture and ventilation. It will also be useful in steelworks and rolling mills. Its flexibility allows for free cable routing without tensile stress or forced movements.
