Flexible control and measuring cable

This grey JZ-600 4G25 AWG4 cable, with an outer diameter of approximately 26.9 mm, is designed for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. This cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its safety and quality. It is ideally suited for industrial installations, machines, conveyors, and agriculture.

This cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the multi-strand construction of the conductors (class 5). PVC insulation provides good protection against mechanical damage and weathering. The conductors are numbered for easy identification, and the protective conductor (in versions with it) is located in the outer layer of the cable for increased safety.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable uses twisted copper conductors, insulated with special TI2 PVC. The outer jacket made of TM2 PVC provides additional protection and resistance to oils and chemicals. It is UV resistant (in the black jacket version), allowing it to be used in outdoor conditions. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting.

This cable is characterized by a number of properties ensuring its reliable operation: the operating temperature range is flexibly from -5°C to +80°C and stationary from -40°C to +80°C, the rated voltage is 1000 V, and the radiation resistance reaches 80x10⁶ cJ/kg. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x Ø cable for flexible routing and 4x Ø cable for stationary routing. Made of self-extinguishing and flame-retardant PVC, it meets DIN VDE, IEC, UL and CSA standards, ensuring a high level of safety.
