Flexible cable for universal applications
This black flexible cable JZ-600 4G6, with a cross-section of 6 mm², is designed to operate at 1 kV. It is suitable for both control and measurement installations where flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. The cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety.
Construction and properties
The cable consists of four copper strands twisted into a rope, providing high flexibility. The strands are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the whole is surrounded by an outer coating of the same material. Wire identification is done using numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation and servicing. Thanks to this solution, even after shortening the cable, the numbering remains legible. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with it), placed in the outer layer, which increases safety. The outer diameter of the cable is 15.6 mm.
This cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. It is also resistant to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for harsh industrial conditions. The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, which affects its durability and safety for the environment. The cable meets the requirements of standards regarding flammability and smoke emission (UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
