Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction, designed for demanding working conditions. It is made of five copper strands, twisted into a rope (class 5), which ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing good electrical insulation and resistance to abrasion. The cores are identified with numbers, making them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective core, increasing safety. The outer jacket, also made of PVC (TM2), protects the cores from mechanical damage, moisture and the influence of chemicals.

This cable also stands out for its high resistance to oils and UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket). The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting, making it environmentally friendly. It meets the requirements of self-ignition and flame-retardant tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-600 cable is widely used as a measuring and control cable in various industries: machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agriculture, ventilation, and in steelworks and rolling mills. It will work well in both dry and humid rooms, as well as outdoors (in stationary installation with a black outer jacket). Thanks to its flexible construction, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending without tensile stress or forced movements.

The cable is characterized by a cross-sectional area of 1 mm², an outer diameter of approximately 9.8 mm and a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C in stationary installation and from -5°C to +80°C in flexible installation. The rated voltage is 600/1000 V (VDE) and 1000 V (UL/CSA). The cable has five cores made of copper twisted rope class 5, insulated with PVC and covered with an outer coating also made of PVC. It has UV resistance when using a black outer jacket.
