Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction using high-quality materials. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation made of PVC TI2 guarantees safety and reliable operation. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 protects the cable from mechanical damage, the effects of oils, and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The cores are identified with numbers, making them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), providing additional safety.

This cable is distinguished by its resistance to UV radiation and to the action of oils and chemicals – making it ideal for working in demanding industrial environments. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting. It also meets the requirements of tests regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy in accordance with DIN VDE, DIN EN, IEC, UL, and CSA standards.

Applications and operating parameters

The JZ-600 cable is widely used as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, ventilation systems, and in the agricultural, steel, and rolling mill industries. It can be used in dry, damp, and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (in stationary installation with a black jacket). Thanks to its flexibility, it works perfectly in places exposed to movement or vibration.

This cable is characterized by the following operating parameters: operating temperature range from -5°C to +80°C for flexible use and from -40°C to +80°C for stationary use; rated voltage 600/1000 V (VDE) and 1000 V (UL/CSA); minimum bending radius of 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible installation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary installation; cross-section 10 mm²; and outer diameter 20.5 mm.
