Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees safety and efficiency. It is made of five stranded copper conductors (class 5), which gives it high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The conductors are insulated with special PVC (TI2), which is resistant to abrasion and damage. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with a protective conductor), placed in the outer layer of the outer jacket, which increases safety. The outer jacket is made of PVC (TM2) providing resistance to oils and UV radiation – particularly important for outdoor applications.

This cable has been tested for compliance with DIN VDE, IEC and UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety. It is UV resistant (in the case of a black jacket), and the materials used in its production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. This allows the cable to be used in a wide range of industrial applications without the risk of damage to the installation or the environment. The insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km, and the breakdown voltage is min. 8000 V – these parameters guarantee reliable operation of the cable even in difficult conditions.
