Flexible cable for industrial and control applications
This grey JZ-600 5G16 AWG6 cable is a versatile solution for transmitting power and control signals in demanding conditions. Construction and properties
The cable features a solid construction based on five stranded copper conductors, providing good flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer jacket also made of PVC, providing protection against mechanical and chemical factors. Numbered conductors facilitate identification of individual wires during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor, increasing safety. The conductor cross-section of 16 mm² allows for transmission of significant currents.
This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. It is resistant to UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket) and to oils and chemicals, expanding its range of applications. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. This makes the cable safe for the environment and users.
Applications
JZ-600 cable finds wide application in industry, especially in places requiring high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. It is ideal as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture, ventilation or steel mills. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (in stationary installation with a black outer jacket). Due to its construction, it is not suitable for underwater or underground installations. Thanks to the conductor numbering, identification is facilitated even after the cable is shortened.
