Flexible control and measuring cable

This grey flexible JZ-600 5G25 AWG4 cable, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is a versatile solution for use in various industrial environments and installations. The cable is designed to operate at 1kV, making it suitable for a wide range of power and control applications. Its flexible construction makes installation easy even in hard-to-reach places.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on five twisted copper conductors with a cross-section of 25 mm². The conductors are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides good electrical and mechanical protection. The outer jacket, also made of PVC, provides additional strength and resistance to external factors. The conductors are identified with numbers for easy identification during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

This cable has been designed to meet the requirements of various standards, including DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It is resistant to oils and chemicals, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial conditions. It is also UV resistant (in the version with a black outer jacket). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and user parameters

The JZ-600 cable is used as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines and in agriculture, ventilation, steelworks and rolling mills. It is particularly useful in places requiring frequent movements and bends - its flexibility allows it to work under medium mechanical loads without damage. It can be used in both dry and humid rooms and outdoors (in stationary installation with a black outer jacket).
