This black JZ-600 5G4 AWG12 cable is a versatile solution for control and measuring cables, designed for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and properties

The cable has five copper conductors, twisted to ensure flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer PVC coating, providing additional protection against external factors. The conductors are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), increasing safety. The conductor cross-section is 4 mm², and the outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.3 mm.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. It is resistant to UV radiation (in the case of a black outer coating) and to oils and chemicals, which expands its range of applications. The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, which is important from an environmental protection point of view. The cable meets the requirements of standards regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
