This black, flexible JZ-600 5G6 AWG10 cable with a rated voltage of 1kV is a versatile solution for applications in industry, agriculture and many more. Compliance with UL/CSA standards guarantees safety and high quality workmanship. This cable is designed for intensive use, offering resistance to mechanical and chemical factors.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), which provides flexibility and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, and the outer sheath of PVC TM2, guaranteeing protection against mechanical damage, moisture and the influence of oils and chemicals. The cores are numbered for easy identification even after the cable has been shortened, and the protective core (yellow-green) is placed in the outer layer for additional safety. The outer diameter of the cable is 17.3 mm, and the core cross-section is 6 mm².

This cable also features UV resistance (in the case of a black sheath), making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. It meets safety standards – PVC is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant (according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2 and UL VW-1, CSA FT1).

The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km and the test voltage is 4000V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4x cable diameter for stationary routing.
