This gray flexible cable JZ-600 5G6 AWG10, compliant with UL/CSA standards, is a versatile solution for transmitting power and control signals in demanding conditions. Designed for reliability and durability, it performs well in both industrial installations and mobile applications. Its flexible construction makes it easy to install and route in tight spaces.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on stranded copper conductors, providing good conductivity and resistance to bending. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation guarantees safe use and protection against external factors. The outer jacket made of PVC further protects the cable against mechanical damage, oils, and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The conductors are numbered for easy identification, and the protective conductor (green-yellow) provides additional safety.

This cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km, ensuring high signal quality. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4x cable diameter for stationary routing.
