Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Stranded copper conductors, class 5 flexibility, provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees safe use and resistance to damage. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 protects the cable from environmental factors such as moisture, oils and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The cores are identified with numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. The protective conductor (yellow-green) is placed in the outer layer of the cable for increased safety.
This cable also features high chemical resistance – it is resistant to oils and other chemicals, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. It meets the requirements of self-ignition and flame-retardant tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
Applications and operating parameters
JZ-600 cable is used as a measuring and control cable in various industries: machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agriculture or ventilation systems. It will also work in steelworks and rolling mills. It can be used both in dry and humid environments and outdoors (in stationary installation with a black jacket). Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending without tensile stress or forced movements.
The cable is characterized by the following parameters: rated voltage is 1000 V, conductor cross-section is 0.5 mm², and outer diameter is approximately 9.8 mm. The operating temperature range for flexible use is -5°C to +80°C, while in stationary installation from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying. The cable exhibits radiation resistance up to 80x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
This cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Core numbers are clearly marked for easy identification even after the cable is shortened.
