Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on seven twisted copper cores, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special PVC (TI2), and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating of PVC (TM2) in black color. This combination of materials guarantees resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation – particularly important for outdoor applications. Additionally, the cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, meeting stringent safety standards (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1). The cable cores are numbered for easy identification even after shortening the section. The protective conductor (in versions marked with "G") is placed in the outer layer to ensure additional safety.
Application and parameters
The JZ-600 7G0.75 cable is perfect as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agricultural and ventilation installations. It can be used in steelworks and rolling mills, as well as in other demanding industrial environments. Thanks to the wide range of permissible operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C stationary and -5°C to +80°C flexible), the cable is versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors (with a black outer coating). The core cross-section of 0.75 mm² and the rated voltage of 1000 V provide adequate performance for many applications. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 10.7 mm. The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the required length during installation.
