Flexible control cable – reliability and versatility of applications

This black, flexible JZ-600 7G1.5 AWG16 cable with an outer diameter of 13.3 mm is designed to operate at 1kV. It meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its versatility and usability in various installations, both in Poland and abroad. This cable is particularly useful where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required.

The cable is characterized by a construction ensuring long-term and safe operation. Seven stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), provide good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are identified with numbers for easy identification during assembly and servicing. The outer PVC jacket protects against mechanical damage and weathering.

Construction and user properties

The JZ-600 cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and durability. The copper conductors are twisted in parallel, and the PVC TI2 insulation provides good electrical protection. This makes the cable resistant to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of the black outer jacket). In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly.

• UV resistance: black outer coating provides protection against harmful sunlight.
• Flexibility: construction with stranded conductors makes it easy to lay the cable in tight spaces and with complex routes.
• Compliance with standards: meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179.
• Flame retardancy: self-extinguishing and flame-retardant PVC compliant with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1 and CSA FT1.

Applications – from industry to construction

The JZ-600 cable is widely used as a measuring and control cable in various industrial sectors: machine tools, conveyor belts, production lines, agriculture, ventilation or steelworks. It will also be useful in building installations – both in dry and wet rooms and outdoors (in stationary laying). Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent movements and bends without tensile stress or forced movements. Numbered conductors make it easy to identify individual wires even after the cable has been shortened.
