This multi-core flexible cable, with a rated voltage of 1kV and designated as JZ-600 7G1.5 AWG16, is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation

The cable is characterized by seven copper cores, twisted to ensure flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Each core is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing good electrical insulation. The cores are identified with numbers, making them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. The outer jacket made of PVC protects the cable from external factors such as moisture, oils and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The core cross-section of 1.5 mm² provides adequate current carrying capacity for many applications.

This cable has been designed with flexibility in mind – the minimum bending radius is 7.5x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 4x the cable diameter in stationary installation. Additionally, it is resistant to radiation up to 80x10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad), which increases its durability in exposed environments.
