Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This 7-core JZ-600 cable, with a cross-section of 1 mm² and an outer diameter of 11.7 mm, is designed to operate in demanding conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users in industry. The cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its safety and quality. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for both core insulation and the outer sheath, it provides reliable protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable stands out with its solid construction. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. Core identification by numbers facilitates correct connection even after shortening the cable. A yellow-green protective conductor (available in a version with a protective conductor) further increases safety. The outer sheath made of PVC TM2 is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black sheath), allowing the cable to be used in harsh industrial conditions. The cable is metered for easy, precise installation and waste minimization.

Applications and operating parameters

This cable is widely used as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture, ventilation and steelworks. It can be used both in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (in stationary installation). The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x cable diameter for stationary laying. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE and UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing its safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
