This black flexible JZ-600 7G10 AWG8 cable is a reliable solution for demanding industrial conditions and power installations. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of seven copper strands twisted into a rope (class 5), providing flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) TI2, guaranteeing good electrical insulation and resistance to external factors. The cores are identified with numbers, making them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (in versions marked with "G"), increasing safety. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides protection against mechanical damage, moisture and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket).

This cable also has high resistance to oils, chemicals and radiation. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free. It meets the requirements of self-extinguishing and flame-retardant PVC tests according to DIN VDE, DIN EN, IEC, UL and CSA standards. This makes it safe to use even in potentially hazardous industrial environments.

Applications and parameters

JZ-600 7G10 cable is widely used as a control and measuring cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agricultural installations, ventilation systems, steelworks and rolling mills. It is ideal for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to mechanical stress – both in dry and humid rooms and outdoors (when using a black outer jacket). The cable works perfectly in situations requiring frequent bending without tensile stress or forced movements.

Cable parameters: nominal core cross-section is 10 mm², outer diameter is approximately 22.5 mm, and operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and -5°C to +80°C in flexible mode. The rated voltage is 1000 V, radiation resistance reaches up to 80x10⁶ cJ/kg, and the minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x cable diameter for stationary operation. Insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km.
