JZ-600 7G10 AWG8 cable is a flexible wire designed for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, agriculture, ventilation, and industrial environments such as steelworks and rolling mills. The construction with stranded twisted copper provides good flexibility and resistance to bending, which is crucial in dynamic applications. The cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its safety and quality.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by unannealed copper conductors insulated with PVC and an outer jacket made of PVC. The conductors are numbered in black with white numbering for easy identification even after the cable is shortened. A protective conductor (green-yellow) is also available in cables with 3 or more conductors. This cable is resistant to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The cable has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, meeting DIN VDE and UL/CSA standards.

JZ-600 7G10 AWG8 cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the outer diameter is 22.5 mm. The nominal conductor cross-section is 10 mm². The minimum bending radius for flexible installation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and for stationary installation 4 x cable diameter. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation.
