Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Seven copper strands, twisted into a class 5 flexible wire rope, provide good conductivity and flexibility. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, which guarantees high electrical and mechanical resistance. The cores are identified with numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation and servicing. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective core, increasing safety. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides protection against mechanical damage, moisture and the influence of oils and chemicals.

The JZ-600 cable stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary installation and from -5°C to +80°C in flexible installation. It is also resistant to UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket), making it an ideal solution for outdoor applications. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of standards regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1).
