Flexible control and measuring cable – versatile application

This 7-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is a universal solution for use in various industrial environments and installations. It is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. The cable complies with UL/CSA standards, confirming its safety and quality. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) both in wire insulation and the outer sheath, it provides good resistance to abrasion and mechanical factors.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction includes multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), which guarantee good flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The wires are insulated with PVC, and their identification is done using numbers – this facilitates correct connection even in complex installations. Twisted wires ensure cable compactness, and the yellow-green protective wire (in versions with a protective wire) increases safety. The outer sheath made of PVC TM2 protects the cable from external factors.

Additionally, this cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (during installation). It is resistant to UV radiation (in the black sheathed version), allowing it to be used in outdoor installations. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V, ensuring safe operation in various electrical circuits. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 4x the cable diameter during stationary operation.
